Hello MP International Terms of Service and Public Offer
These Terms of Service and Public Offer (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the HELLO MP service.
The Service is provided by Abd Al-Khamid Shaabani (“HELLO MP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can contact us at hello@hello.mp.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, clicking to accept these Terms, or otherwise using the Service, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) enter into a legally binding agreement with HELLO MP and agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, partnership, sole proprietorship, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
If mandatory consumer law applicable to you grants rights that cannot legally be waived by contract, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
1. THE SERVICE
1.1. HELLO MP provides an automated telephone call handling service that may use artificial intelligence, speech recognition, speech synthesis, telecommunications infrastructure, and other automated technologies.
1.2. Depending on the selected plan and configuration, the Service may:
- answer incoming telephone calls;
- conduct automated voice conversations;
- respond using instructions and information supplied by you;
- record calls;
- transcribe calls;
- analyze call content;
- create call summaries;
- collect information voluntarily provided by callers;
- send call notifications and results to you;
- perform integrations and other functions made available by HELLO MP.
1.3. Features may vary depending on country, telecommunications provider, plan, technical availability, and applicable law.
1.4. HELLO MP may add, modify, restrict, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical compatibility, fraud prevention, service development, or third-party provider requirements.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2.2. The Service may be used by:
- individuals;
- sole proprietors;
- companies;
- partnerships;
- other lawful organizations.
2.3. You may not use the Service if:
- your use is prohibited by applicable law;
- you are subject to sanctions or restrictions that prohibit us or our providers from serving you;
- we previously terminated your account for fraud, abuse, or material violation of these Terms and have not authorized your return.
3. ACCEPTANCE AND ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING
3.1. You accept these Terms when you:
- create an account and affirmatively accept them;
- purchase a subscription;
- activate a paid Service;
- or otherwise perform an action clearly designated as acceptance.
3.2. You agree that contracts, notices, invoices, receipts, and other records may be created and delivered electronically.
3.3. Electronic acceptance has the same contractual effect as a handwritten acceptance to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
4. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
4.1. You must provide accurate information reasonably necessary to create and maintain your account.
4.2. You are responsible for:
- protecting your account credentials;
- all authorized activity through your account;
- maintaining current contact and billing information;
- promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.
4.3. A trade name, brand name, business name, or organization name entered into an AI Agent configuration does not by itself establish that the account belongs to that legal entity.
4.4. We may request additional verification if reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment security, or confirmation of your authority to use a telephone number, brand, or organization identity.
5. TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND CALL FORWARDING
5.1. You may connect a telephone number that you lawfully control (“Customer Number”) to HELLO MP by configuring call forwarding or another supported routing method.
5.2. You represent and warrant that you have authority to:
- use the Customer Number;
- configure call forwarding from that number;
- route calls from that number to the Service.
5.3. HELLO MP may verify control of the Customer Number through automated test calls or telecommunications signaling information.
5.4. HELLO MP may use one or more telephone numbers for receiving forwarded calls (“Technical Numbers”).
5.5. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, a Technical Number:
- is not assigned to you;
- is not transferred to you;
- does not become your telephone number;
- may be shared across multiple HELLO MP customers;
- remains under the control of HELLO MP and/or its telecommunications provider;
- may be replaced at any time for technical, legal, commercial, or telecommunications reasons.
5.6. You acquire no ownership or portability right in a Technical Number.
5.7. Your telecommunications provider may charge you for call forwarding. Those charges are separate from HELLO MP fees and are solely your responsibility.
5.8. HELLO MP is not responsible for rates, restrictions, call-forwarding behavior, signaling, caller identification, or other actions of your telecommunications provider.
5.9. A Technical Number is provided solely as a call forwarding destination for your Customer Number. You must not publish, advertise, or otherwise present a Technical Number as your public business number — including in advertising, on websites, in directories, on business cards, or in any other public listing. Calls placed directly to a Technical Number (other than verification calls requested by the Service) are not a supported use of the Service and may not be completed. HELLO MP may suspend or replace a Technical Number that is used in violation of this Section.
6. AI AGENTS AND CUSTOMER CONFIGURATION
6.1. You may configure automated voice agents (“Agents”) using instructions, names, greetings, business information, knowledge bases, workflows, and other content.
6.2. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of:
- your Agent instructions;
- your business information;
- prices and commercial statements;
- representations made through the Agent;
- uploaded materials;
- your intended use of the Service.
6.3. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use any name, trademark, business identity, content, or other information supplied to the Service.
6.4. You must not configure an Agent to falsely claim authority, credentials, employment, affiliation, or identity that you do not lawfully possess.
7. CALL RECORDING
7.1. Calls handled through the Service may be recorded.
7.2. Where call recording is enabled, HELLO MP may automatically play a notice such as: “This call is being recorded.”
7.3. You must not disable, bypass, obscure, or interfere with any recording notice that HELLO MP designates as mandatory.
7.4. Telephone recording laws vary materially between jurisdictions. Some jurisdictions permit recording with the consent of one participant, while others may require notification or consent from all participants.
7.5. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of call recording complies with all laws applicable to:
- you;
- the caller;
- the called number;
- the geographic locations of the participants;
- the purpose of the call;
- your industry.
7.6. If applicable law requires additional disclosure, consent, or another recording procedure beyond the notice provided by HELLO MP, you are responsible for implementing that requirement.
7.7. You instruct HELLO MP to record and process calls on your behalf only where you have a lawful basis to do so.
8. AI DISCLOSURE AND AUTOMATED INTERACTION
8.1. The Service uses automated systems and may use synthetic or AI-generated voices.
8.2. Laws regarding disclosure of AI or automated interaction differ by jurisdiction and may change over time.
8.3. You are responsible for making any disclosure required by law in connection with your deployment of an Agent.
8.4. HELLO MP may automatically insert, require, modify, or prevent removal of disclosures where we reasonably determine that such disclosure is necessary to:
- comply with applicable law;
- comply with a telecommunications or technology provider requirement;
- reduce material legal or fraud risk.
8.5. You must not instruct an Agent to falsely deny that automation or artificial intelligence is being used where such disclosure is legally required.
8.6. Users operating in jurisdictions where disclosure of AI interaction is required must ensure that an appropriate disclosure is enabled.
9. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
9.1. Use of personal data is also governed by the HELLO MP Privacy Policy.
9.2. In providing the Service, HELLO MP may process information including:
- caller telephone numbers;
- Customer Numbers;
- voice recordings;
- call transcripts;
- names;
- contact information;
- information voluntarily communicated during calls;
- call metadata;
- Agent configuration data;
- account and billing information.
9.3. Where you determine the purposes for which caller data is processed, you are responsible for establishing a lawful basis for such processing and providing any legally required notices.
9.4. To the extent required by applicable data protection law, HELLO MP may act as your processor, service provider, contractor, or similar service provider for call data processed on your instructions.
9.5. HELLO MP may separately act as an independent controller or business for account administration, payment processing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and Service operation where legally applicable.
9.6. You must not use HELLO MP to unlawfully collect sensitive personal information.
9.7. You must not deliberately configure the Service to collect:
- passwords;
- one-time authentication codes;
- PIN codes;
- CVV/CVC codes;
- authentication secrets;
- cryptocurrency seed phrases;
- private cryptographic keys.
9.8. If your use requires a data processing agreement under applicable law, any HELLO MP Data Processing Addendum made available for the Service is incorporated by reference where applicable.
10. SUBSCRIPTIONS
10.1. Paid plans may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
10.2. The price, billing period, included minutes, overage price, and other material plan terms are displayed before purchase.
10.3. Unless otherwise stated, a monthly subscription grants access for one billing period.
10.4. Included minutes expire at the end of the applicable billing period and do not roll over unless a plan expressly states otherwise.
10.5. Subscription fees are charged for access to the Service during the billing period and not solely for minutes actually consumed.
11. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
11.1. If you choose an automatically renewing subscription, your subscription will renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.
11.2. Before enrollment, we will disclose the recurring nature of the subscription, recurring price, and billing frequency.
11.3. By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you expressly authorize the applicable recurring charges.
11.4. You may cancel future renewal through the account interface or another cancellation mechanism made available by HELLO MP.
11.5. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
11.6. We will not intentionally make cancellation materially more difficult than subscription enrollment.
11.7. We may send renewal notices where required by applicable law.
12. US CUSTOMERS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS
12.1. For customers in the United States, HELLO MP intends subscription enrollment and cancellation procedures to comply with applicable federal and state recurring-payment and negative-option requirements.
12.2. Material subscription terms will be disclosed before payment and affirmative authorization will be obtained before recurring billing.
12.3. Nothing in these Terms waives any non-waivable right available to a US consumer under applicable state or federal law.
13. INCLUDED MINUTES AND PREPAID BALANCE
13.1. A plan may include a specified number of call-processing minutes.
13.2. After included minutes are exhausted, additional usage may be charged:
- to a prepaid monetary balance;
- through automatic overage billing;
- by purchasing additional usage;
- through another payment mechanism disclosed by the Service.
13.3. A prepaid balance represents advance payment for future HELLO MP services.
13.4. It is not:
- a bank account;
- stored-value money;
- a deposit account;
- electronic money;
- a cryptocurrency;
- an investment product.
13.5. HELLO MP may establish minimum or maximum balance limits.
13.6. Where legally permitted, outstanding charges, chargebacks, fees, refunds, or other amounts owed to HELLO MP may be offset against a positive account balance.
14. PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND CHARGEBACKS
14.1. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency before purchase.
14.2. You authorize HELLO MP and its payment processors to charge amounts validly due under your selected plan.
14.3. You are responsible for taxes, duties, levies, and similar charges applicable to your purchase, except taxes imposed on HELLO MP’s own income.
14.4. A chargeback does not automatically extinguish a valid debt.
14.5. Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- suspension of the account;
- termination of Services;
- recovery of unpaid amounts;
- recovery of payment-processing costs where legally permissible.
14.6. We may request additional payment verification where fraud risk is detected.
15. REFUNDS
15.1. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins.
15.2. Unused included minutes have no separate cash value.
15.3. If HELLO MP terminates a paid subscription solely for our convenience and not because of your breach, fraud risk, legal requirement, or third-party provider restriction, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused prepaid subscription period.
15.4. If access is suspended or terminated because of:
- fraud;
- attempted fraud;
- material breach of these Terms;
- unlawful use;
- violation of the Acceptable Use provisions;
- payment abuse;
- actions that expose HELLO MP or its providers to material risk,
no refund is required except to the extent mandatory law expressly requires one.
15.5. Any unused prepaid monetary balance will be handled according to applicable law and may first be applied against amounts lawfully owed to HELLO MP.

16.10. Use of another party’s name
You may not configure an Agent to answer under the name of a brand, organisation, or public body that you are not authorised to represent. HELLO MP maintains a list of names that are refused automatically before payment; if such a name is genuinely your own, contact support and we will review it.
16.11. Consequences
HELLO MP may refuse to assign a phone number, suspend an Agent, or terminate the Service if a prohibited use is identified, including after payment has been taken. Where the Service is terminated for this reason, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
17. RESTRICTED AND HIGH-RISK USES
17.1. HELLO MP is not an emergency communications service.
17.2. The Service must not be relied upon for calls to or from emergency services such as 911, 999, 112, or equivalent services.
17.3. You must not rely exclusively on HELLO MP for situations where failure, delay, or misunderstanding could reasonably create an immediate risk of death or serious physical injury.
17.4. Healthcare, financial, legal, insurance, employment, credit, housing, and other regulated uses may be subject to additional laws.
17.5. You are responsible for ensuring that your Agent does not provide regulated professional services unless you are legally authorized to provide such services and the deployment complies with applicable law.
17.6. HELLO MP may restrict certain regulated or high-risk use cases.
18. OUTBOUND CALLING
18.1. Unless expressly enabled by HELLO MP, the standard Service is intended primarily for inbound call handling.
